This hotel is great. The staff members are friendly and always ready to assist with any request. I got restaurant reservations and spa appointments easily through my butler. The coffee bar is awesome (Severo and Claudia.). Marisol, the host at Favours Buffet, always greeted me with a smile.
The rooms do show some wear and tear. Some updating is needed to maintain a fresh appearance. The jacuzzi wasn't perfectly clean upon arrival.

The food is delicious. A variety of restaurants offer diversified dining experiences. Waiters are attentive and eager to please guests. The Mexican Fiesta night includes a large buffet with many options.

The resort is not too large, so guests can easily walk around and access all facilities. Beaches are wonderful, almost without any seaweed due to the morning cleanup. The beach offers plenty of chairs, enjoying the view, or reading.

The staff is professional and friendly, always smiling. Staff members answer every question. Rafael, the butler, met every need promptly. Val, another butler, provided daily updates about resort activities and reservation reminders.

The Club Junior Suite offers an oceanfront view. The room is spacious, quiet, and well-furnished. It includes a king-size bed, two toilets, a bath facing the ocean, a lounge, and a large walk-in closet.
